Before vehicle check-in: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hrs in advance; 50% if within 24–48 hrs; no refund if <24 hrs.
After check-in: No refund once installation/service begins. Workmanship issues will be corrected free of charge.
Products
Returns: Accepted within 7 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Damaged items: Must be reported with photos within 48 hours.
Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Non-returnable: Custom-cut films, used consumables, or tampered products.
